At HUONG Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all HUONG Boutique tags attached. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
